My name is Jerry Mac. I'm a Realtor who brings effective marketing expertise to your home sale. I use professional photography along with HD videos and 3D tours to bring your home to life online. When it comes to the physical world of home selling, I take traditional marketing a step further by organizing high-tech open houses and positioning custom signs that let everyone know the perfect home is for sale.
I also use something called "Drive-By Technology" that gives a potential buyer a virtual flyer of your home. Within seconds of passing by your home, they'll have the price, photos, and a virtual tour on their phone. I'm notified of the distribution of these virtual flyers, which allows me to follow up with potential buyers and schedule more showings of your home. This can all lead to increased sale traffic, multiple offers, a higher selling price, and ultimately, a sold home!
When I'm not helping clients sell their homes, you can find me helping individuals, couples, and families search for homes that fit their budget, needs, and style. While I love marketing homes, I also enjoy the thrill of discovering the perfect home for a client. I'll listen to your wish-list, respect your budget, and remain available throughout the entire process. From the pre-approval to the home inspection to the final signature, I'll be there to represent your best interests.
Why do I do what I do? I'm lucky enough to combine my love of real estate, marketing, and technology into a career that brings me joy. I'm encouraged every day to do my very best by my wife of nearly 25 years and my wonderful 15-year-old daughter. My family inspires me and that includes my furry rescued family members as well.
