My Tips for Buying or Selling in Willowdale

If you're buying, be ready to move quickly, and be ready to compete. Most homes here sell above asking, so get pre-approved before you start touring, have your agent set up instant alerts for new Willowdale listings, and talk to me about how to make a strong offer. With homes from the 1960s and 1970s, a thorough home inspection is a must. If this is your first home, see my first-time home buyer guide.

If you're selling, demand is strong, and the homes that were priced right drew several offers. Pricing too high is still the biggest way to lose that edge. Simple updates and good presentation help too. I can also connect you with trusted handymen and junk removal crews to help get your home ready.
