Ivywood in Cinnaminson, NJ: A Local Agent's Guide

Ivywood is a single-family neighborhood in Cinnaminson, with streets like Concord Drive, Ivystone Lane, Susan Drive and Cambridge Drive, plus homes along North Fork Landing Road. It has seen a steady number of sales, with about 20 in the past three years. Part of the neighborhood is close to the River LINE station: one recent listing on Ivystone Lane described the station as about a quarter mile away, so it can suit a commuter.
The Homes
- Detached single-family homes, mostly built from the mid 1950s to the early 1970s (with a few older homes)
- Typically three to five bedrooms and two to three baths
- Living space from about 1,850 to 2,300 square feet, with some larger homes
Schools and Parks
Ivywood is part of Cinnaminson Township Public Schools. Confirm the school assignment for any address with the district. The township's Memorial Park, a 68-acre park with ball fields and a walking path, is located at Lenola and Fork Landing Roads, and my Cinnaminson neighborhoods guide covers it and the other parks.
Philly, New York and the Shore
If you are looking at Ivywood for the commute, you have options. The River LINE goes to Camden and Trenton, and by car the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge is a short drive into Philadelphia, with the Betsy Ross Bridge not much farther. Route 130 south leads to the Ben Franklin Bridge and Center City.
The New Jersey Turnpike is close, so a night at a Broadway show in New York City is easy to plan. And the shore towns of Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Wildwood and Avalon are usually about an hour to an hour and a half away.
