Rolling Green in Cinnaminson, NJ: A Local Agent's Guide

By Jerry Mac, Keller Williams Realty

Rolling Green is one of the established single-family neighborhoods in Cinnaminson, and it is one that locals mention by name. Most homes were built in the late 1950s and around 1960. The street names include Wedgewood Drive, Winding Lane, Buttonwood Lane and Wynwood Drive, the same street where Eleanor Rush Intermediate School is located.

The Homes

  • Detached single-family homes, mostly built between about 1955 and 1960
  • Typically three to four bedrooms and two to three baths
  • Living space from about 1,750 to 2,600 square feet

Homes of this age often have been updated in different ways, and I have seen very different condition levels on the same street, so a close look at each house matters.

Schools and Parks

Rolling Green is part of Cinnaminson Township Public Schools. Check the district for the school assignment of any specific address. For parks, the township has Memorial Park and Wood Park, plus neighborhood parks, all covered in my Cinnaminson neighborhoods guide.

Philly, New York and the Shore

From Rolling Green you can be on Route 130 or Route 73 in minutes. The Tacony-Palmyra Bridge is a short drive into Philadelphia, and the Betsy Ross Bridge is not much farther. Route 130 south takes you to the Ben Franklin Bridge and Center City, and the River LINE can take you to Camden and Trenton.

The New Jersey Turnpike is close, so a trip into New York City for a play is easy to plan. In summer, you can usually reach the shore at Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Wildwood or Avalon in about an hour to an hour and a half.
