Fountain Farms in Cinnaminson, NJ: A Local Agent's Guide
By Jerry Mac, Keller Williams Realty
Fountain Farms is a classic Cinnaminson neighborhood of single-family homes built in the late 1950s. Streets here include Willow Drive, Dartmouth Avenue, Fountain Avenue, Endicott Avenue and Cornell Avenue. It is also home to Fountain Farms Park, one of the township's neighborhood parks.
The Homes
- Detached single-family homes, built around 1958 and 1959
- Typically three to four bedrooms and two to three baths
- Living space from about 1,350 to 2,400 square feet
Several recent sales were smaller, well-kept homes in the $400,000 range, which makes Fountain Farms one of the more approachable single-family neighborhoods in town.
Parks and Schools
Fountain Farms Park is on Willow Drive and has basketball courts and play areas. The neighborhood is part of Cinnaminson Township Public Schools, and I always suggest confirming the school assignment for any specific address with the district. My Cinnaminson guide covers every school and the larger township parks.
Philly, New York and the Shore
Route 130 and Route 73 are close, so getting out of town is easy. The Tacony-Palmyra Bridge is a short ride into Philadelphia, and the Betsy Ross Bridge is not much farther. Route 130 south leads to the Ben Franklin Bridge and Center City. The River LINE runs to Camden and Trenton too.
For a Broadway night, the New Jersey Turnpike gets you toward New York City. And you can usually be at the shore, in Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Wildwood or Avalon, in about an hour to an hour and a half.
