My Tips for Buying or Selling in Short Hills

If you're buying, look closely at what a home has been through since it was built. Homes from the late 1990s may be ready for updates to kitchens, baths, mechanicals and roofs, and that can be a chance to negotiate. Get pre-approved first and have your agent set up instant alerts for new Short Hills listings. I can connect you with my mortgage partner. If this is your first home, see my first-time home buyer guide.

If you're selling, pricing matters more than anything at this level. The homes that were priced to the market sold in days and sometimes above asking, and the ones that started too high sat for months and sold for less. Simple updates and good presentation help too. I can also connect you with trusted handymen and junk removal crews. Learn more about how I help homeowners sell their homes in Cherry Hill.
