My Tips for Buying or Selling in Woodcrest

If you're buying, be ready to move quickly, and be ready to compete. Most homes here sell above asking, so get pre-approved before you start touring, have your agent set up instant alerts for new Woodcrest listings, and talk to me about how to make a strong offer. With so many homes from the 1950s and 1960s, a thorough home inspection is a must. If this is your first home, see my first-time home buyer guide.

If you're selling, demand is strong, but the homes that sat longest were priced above what buyers would pay. Homes priced to the market sold fast, often with several offers. Simple updates and good presentation help too. I can also connect you with trusted handymen and junk removal crews to help get your home ready.
