Woodcrest is one of Cherry Hill's larger neighborhoods, occupying a large southwest portion of its parent township. It includes some of Cherry Hill's more desirable real estate, with many unique single family homes in good condition built on sizable lots.

This is not one of those cookie cutter neighborhoods where each home is a slight variation on the homes next to it. Every Woodcrest home has its own distinct personality, history, and overall style. Woodcrest Cherry Hill is among the town's more affluent communities.

With semi-private Woodcrest Country Club at its southernmost region, residents enjoy easy access to one of South Jersey's most well-regarded golf courses. Homes for sale in Woodcrest, NJ range considerably in price and overall features. However, no matter your price range, should you buy here, you'll be living in a safe, friendly, and inviting neighborhood. While the vast majority of Woodcrest real estate consists of single family homes, there are some attractive condo and townhome options.

Woodcrest Condos and Townhomes

While Woodcrest was originally envisioned a community of single family homes, trends changed over time, as they tend to do, with increased demand for smaller more affordable housing options. Centura of Cherry Hill answered the call with its 40 acre condo and townhome gated development, constructed in 1980.

Although the original listings were sold long ago, it is common to find a few for resale at any given time. Most are priced well below Woodcrest's most affordable single family homes, with prices starting at around $130,000. Meanwhile, more expensive townhome type properties sell for upwards of $220,000.

The single family homes of Woodcrest Cherry Hill all have something unique to offer, and vary considerably in price and features. Unlike many newer planned neighborhoods, where carbon copy properties make every street look the same, each Woodcrest home expresses a unique personality.

While sometimes one comes on the market listed at under $200,000, it is a rare find in this sought after Cherry Hill neighborhood. Most are priced above $250,000, with the most expensive listed for $640,000 or more. Common features include large landscaped lots, covered porches, multi-car garages, ample decks, large family rooms, and large master suites. More expensive homes boast less common amenities such as golf course views, hardwood floors, custom kitchens, stone fireplaces, massive walk in closets, master baths, and even the occasional guest house.
