Amenities
Listings and community profiles describe a clubhouse and community center, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce and shuffleboard, and a billiards room. Several listings mention a recent clubhouse renovation. The association fee on recent listings includes items such as lawn maintenance, snow removal, trash, the pool and the health club, which is a big part of the appeal. Always confirm what is covered and what the current amenities are.
The homes
Legacy Oaks is all detached single-family homes, many on streets such as Lowell Drive, Huxley Circle and Mitchell Court. Nearly all recent sales were three-bedroom homes of roughly 2,200 to 2,700 square feet, and a smaller number of two-bedroom plans come up as well. Some lots back to ponds or preserve land, which can affect price.
Recent sales and prices
Here is what the MLS showed for Legacy Oaks as of November 1, 2026, covering the 12 months before that date.
| Closed sales | Past 12 months |
|---|---|
| Homes sold | 11 |
| Sale price range | $705,000 to $875,000 |
| Median sale price | about $750,000 |
| Average sale price | about $758,000 |
| Median days on market | 7 days (average 12) |
| Average sale price vs. list price | about 106% |
| Typical size | about 2,200 to 2,700 sq. ft. (most have 3 bedrooms) |
- Bidding strength: 9 of the 11 homes sold for more than the list price, 1 sold at list price and 1 sold below it. The highest sale was about 17% over asking.
- Seller concessions: These were uncommon. Three sales reported seller help with closing costs, ranging from $2,000 to $10,900.
- On the market now: One home was active at $635,000, two were pending at $725,000 and $735,000, and one was coming soon at $740,000.
With only 11 sales in a year, a single sale can move these numbers, so treat them as a snapshot, not an appraisal. Condition, lot, updates and floor plan all matter. If you would like a price opinion on a specific home, call me.
